I didn’t choose real estate. Real estate chose me — and 22 years later, I still can’t imagine doing anything else.

I grew up in an Italian family where the dinner table was where every important decision was made. My parents bought their first home when I was young, and I watched how that single decision changed our family’s trajectory. That experience planted a seed that eventually grew into my career.

I started in real estate in the early 2000s, working the Main Line and Montgomery County before the suburbs really exploded. I&rsve seen markets boom and correct, neighborhoods reinvent themselves, and families grow into homes that become the backdrop of their lives.

Today, I work with eXp Realty because I believe in the power of technology to make the buying and selling process smoother — but I never forget that real estate is, at its core, about people. It’s about a young couple finding their first starter home in Lansdale. It’s about a family upgrading to a bigger yard in Blue Bell. It’s about retirees downsizing to a charming condo in Conshohocken.

This community guide is my way of giving back. I’ve spent two decades learning what makes each of these 13 neighborhoods special, and I want to share that knowledge with anyone who’s curious.
